Return & Refund Policies

We do everything in our power to ensure satisfaction. However, due to the perishable nature of the food, Shuugies does not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately.

How to Order + Delivery + Charges

As Shuugies Purees and Meals are made fresh daily, delivery will be made 2 days after you've placed your confirmed order(s)

Step 1:

~ send us a message on our FB page or

~ 'watsapp' us at +6016 2600038 or

~ send us an email at shuugies@gmail.com

Step 2:

~we will then reply as soon as we can to confirm your order(s) & payment amount and will also provide our account number for you to make 

  the payment

~kindly email or 'watsapp' to us the transaction slip to confirm your payment

Step 3:

~delivery will be made 2 days after completion of 'Step 2'

Delivery + Charges  

~Currently we deliver to all addresses within Klang Valley only for a Delivery Fee of RM 8.00 for orders of 1-2 jars and RM 5.00 for orders of 3 jars and above

~We're working on our outstation deliveries and it will be up & ready really soon

~Deliveries are on Mondays till Fridays only (excluding Public Holidays)

Pick-Up Point(s)

~Currently our pick-up point is only at Publika Mall, no Delivery Fee will be charged for deliveries made to pick-up point(s)

~We will be at the pick-up point from 2pm till 3pm on delivery days

Preparation & Storage

Our baby purees are made to order; we will cook them fresh before they are delivered to your doorstep. It's best to keep our purees in the fridge right after you received your Delivery (minus the portion that your wee one(s) will eat). Our purees and meals can be kept for up to 3 days chilled in the fridge. It is advisable to dispose of any un-finished purees and meals after 24 hours in the fridge.

To Serve, scoop out the amount that you want to feed your wee one(s) and put the remainder back in the fridge (if any). Let the selected serving(s) de-frost at room temperature for about 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to meal time. Use the food steamer or re-heat in the pot until the puree is bubbly. Discard unused portions after 24 hours to avoid bacteria contamination.

We do not recommend using the microwave to re-heat the meal, it is better to re-heat using a food steamer or using the stove.

If you are travelling, you can warm up the puree and store it in a thermos jar and scoop out the amount to serve during meal time.

Shuugies Baby Puree & Meals

We’re whipping up fresh, baby and toddler food for your wee ones. No preservatives. Nothing artificial. All natural. We use the freshest ingredients.

For any special menu item request, i.e.: mixing Pear & Plum for our 'Playful Pairs' (which is not in our menu list) kindly inform us in advance or if there is a certain ingredient(s) that your wee ones is/are allergic to, we will remove it for your order or suggest a different one. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOUR BABY HAS A SEVERE ALLERGY. For mommies who prefer only ORGANIC or gluten free pasta please let us know and we will quote you accordingly.

And you can always ask us what we put inside our food. (As we are still in the process of listing down each main ingredients for each of our menu items).
